Call for Organized Session

Prospective authors are encouraged to propose oganized sessions on topics of interest. Organized sessions will provide a forum for focused discussions of new and innovative technologies. Both oral and poster presentations will be accepted for organized sessions.

Each organized session consists of 5 or more papers, but an organized session proposal consisting of at least 3 papers can be approved and additional papers may be recommended by the organizing session committee from general or other organized sessions.

To prevent sessions that consist of only one country, some papers may be exchanged from other sessions organized on similar topics in agreement with the session chairs.

All papers submitted in organized sessions are reviewed in the same way as papers submitted in general sessions. The deadline for organized session proposals is extended until August 5, 2018. If you are interested in organizing a session, please submit an organizing session proposal to the secretariat.
